Shipping Times and Cost

All orders can take up to 7-14 business days to clear production and quality check stages. Once shipped below are the estimate arrival times of your package.

*Please note there could be slight delays with our couriers due to Covid-19 and Brexit. We are also not liable for any custom charges*

Returns Policy

The last thing we want is for our customers to be unhappy with one of our products, we take pride in checking and packaging all of your orders ourselves, this is to make sure that you receive the right item and to make sure there are no faults with the order. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your order please contact us at support@isolateldn.co.uk so we can resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Returning my order:

If you would like to return your order please email us with your order number and reason for returning. Unfortunately we do not currently offer free returns but we can assist you with return instructions.

When you return your item please retain your proof of postage from the post office. 

Returning a faulty order:

We are so sorry your item has arrived faulty. If this has happened please email us with the following information:

-Your order number

-Some images of the fault

We will then review this and provide you with a return label

Can I make changes to my order?

Once items are shipped we are not able to make any adjustments to the order. Please email support@isolateldn.co.uk to arrange a replacement, please include the order number in the subject of the email and state the reason you are requesting a return.
